1. Shipping Destinations

🚚 FLYTOPIX ships to:
United Kingdom (UK) – Standard & Express shipping available.
International Locations – Selected countries based on availability. Please check at checkout or contact us for details.


2. Processing Time

✔ Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
✔ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
✔ You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

📦 For UK Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

🌍 For International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (depending on location and customs processing).

🚨 Note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions).


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
✔ Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders (check promotions or discount offers on our website: FLYTOPIX).
✔ Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Order Tracking

✔ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

✔ If your order is lost or significantly delayed, reach out to contact@starxcity.xyz, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

🚨 FLYTOPIX is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Carrier service disruptions (e.g., weather delays, postal strikes, or customs issues).
  • Failure to collect the package from the local carrier (for missed deliveries).

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

✔ If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Send an email to contact@starxcity.xyz with your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and a description of the issue.
✔ We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


8. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

✔ Once an order is processed, address changes cannot be made. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase.
✔ Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
