2. Payment Processing & Confirmation

✔ Payments must be fully completed before an order is processed and shipped.
✔ Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@starxcity.xyz.
✔ Orders with failed, declined, or pending payments will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

✔ Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be canceled.
✔ Refunds are only applicable under our Refund and Return Policy.
✔ Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
