1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✔ The product must not be on the non-returnable items list (see below).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items purchased on final sale or promotional discount.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps to request a return or refund:

  • Email contact@starxcity.xyz with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Our customer support team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

2️⃣ Return Shipping:

  • If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.

3️⃣ Inspection & Processing:

  • Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account.
✔ Contact your payment provider (processing times vary).
✔ If the issue persists, email contact@starxcity.xyz for assistance.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
